Purchase and Return Process

All purchased products undergo a complete inspection before delivery and are shipped in perfect condition. In case the quality of the products does not match the description on the website, or if the products are damaged during the delivery process, the customer is responsible for informing us within a maximum of 5 days from receiving the order, through written notification or by presenting the defective product at our office. Subsequently, products can be replaced or returned, with shipping costs borne by the customer. For returned products, MORE SMART CARDS S.R.L. will refund the order amount within a maximum of 30 days from the point when both parties agree that the contract is no longer valid. Products showing visible physical changes caused by the customer will not be accepted for return. To resolve such disputes, orders will be photographed together with the courier company representative, and an on-the-spot report will be prepared.
